Pure Raw Organic Honey gathered by our bees from basswood, wildflowers, fruit trees and our organic flower beds and vegtable gardens. Every year brings on a new combination of flavours and colour depending on the nectar source visited by the bees. We always anticipate extraction time to see what we get from the supers. Some years the honey is almost as clear as water when the Basswoods are blooming. Other years a rich gold and depending on the crops that are growing locally it may be a rich dark brown from buckwheat.
